Role : Senior Designer

Location : New York, New York

About the role :

OLIVER is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Designer to work on a global financial services account. This role will require you to work out of the client's New York office twice a week. The Senior Designer will serve as the design lead for the Americas region and partner closely with design leads in other regions. In this role, you will design marketing materials for both print and web including but not limited to, events, brochures, white papers, emails, banners, social, presentations, storyboarding for video or digital concepts and more.

What you will be doing :

• Concept & ideation solving for campaigns / project briefs, including but not limited to, corporate branding, social and digital assets and print collateral
• Work within brand guidelines to design a range of marketing materials, designing projects through to production
• Develop and design company collateral including long-form editorial work (12+ page brochures and white papers, 40+ page reports, etc.)
• Work closely with Account Director and Project Manager to ensure delivery of creative ask from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Collaborate directly with clients
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide direction
• Provide direction and create storyboards for video production on occasion
• Oversee the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications
• Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
• Mentor Junior Designers to help develop their creative abilities
• Provide direction and templates Production Designers for execution and scale
• Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency across team that completes 250+ design deliverables per month
