• Qualifications Needed :
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EMS or electronics manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in PCB assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole, and box build techniques.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium or OrCAD, and familiarity with ERP / MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with diverse teams and customers.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Expertise :
• Certification in IPC-A-610, IPC-7711 / 7721, or a commitment to achieve certification within six months.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100.
• Experience in test development and validation processes.
• Familiarity with setting up and operating various production equipment including Screen Printers, Automatic Placement Equipment, and more.
