About the Role :

An established Florida-based MEP consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager with hands-on HVAC design experience and the leadership skills to drive commercial and healthcare projects from kickoff through construction.

This role blends technical design work with client-facing project management. You'll be a key player in a collaborative team, owning your work and relationships from start to finish - and helping shape sustainable, high-performance building systems along the way.

What You'll Do :

• Design HVAC Systems : Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and layout design for commercial, healthcare, and institutional facilities.
• Manage Projects : Lead design efforts and coordinate project milestones, schedules, and documentation across disciplines.
• Oversee Documentation : Produce construction drawings in Revit and AutoCAD , ensuring accuracy, clarity, and code compliance.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work directly with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Support Client Development : Build and maintain strong relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
