Civil Engineer - Land Development

A dynamic engineering firm is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in land development to design and manage site plans, grading, drainage, and utility systems. This role will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet client goals, regulatory standards, and timelines.

Develop site plans, grading plans, and utility designs for land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management and drainage systems.

Prepare permitting documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct site feasibility studies and cost estimates to support project planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience in land development engineering, including site design and stormwater management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with HydroCAD or similar software a plus.
