MC Hospitality Group is hiring a Private Dining Sales Manager to join our team!
Salary $65K – 75k+ commission (salary based on experience.
Position Summary :
Manage all sales and sales initiatives for private dining events at assigned restaurant locations. The goal is to maximize revenues for banquet events and build guest relations. This is a performance-based position and will be reviewed quarterly.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect, solicit, and secure private dining business -corporate and social.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings, presenting event spaces and menu options.
- Manage event sales cycle from inquiry to contract to execution. Greeting hosts at the beginning of events during the work week.
- Report on a monthly basis to the CFO and DOO on all proactive sales efforts
- Partner with the operations team to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, track leads and sales performance.
- Represent the restaurant group at industry and networking events.
Requirements :
5-10 years of experience in private events salesStrong network of corporate and social event contacts (preferred).Knowledge of the Tripleseat events planning platform (preferred)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.Reach, bend, and stretch frequently and stand for long periods of timeAbility to travel between 3 + restaurants and officesCompensation Details
Compensation : Salary ($65,000.00-$75,000 based on expiriance)
