You'll be fully immersed in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit claim investigation through trial and appeal. The incoming attorney with work directly with a senior partner and focus on a diverse mix of professional liability, general liability, premises liability, product liability, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage claims. We are seeking candidates comfortable managing cases from inception to close.
Core Responsibilities :
Interested candidates should have 2-5 years of civil defense experience and have strong legal writing skills. This is a full time role with excellent benefits, quarterly and annual bonuses, a competitive base salary (120k-185k commensurate with experience), and great opportunity for professional growth.
