Work Schedule : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday. However, must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed.

Position Overview

Rider University invites applications for a Manager of Maintenance & Mechanical Operations who will plan, coordinate and manage the mechanical activities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and campus infrastructure. The individual will also :

• Manage various contracts related to the daily operation;
• Use work order software and Microsoft Office Suite, to plan, monitor and evaluate assignments and the completion of work; and
• Maintain an accurate inventory of mechanical and non-mechanical needs and assist in planning for mechanical repairs, replacements and upgrades.
