Location : 1 hour and 30 min to Phoenix

Duration : Ongoing until perm placement

Schedule : Ideally fulltime but flexible

Shift : Clinic is 9a-5p.

Call : 1 : 2 with possibility of an extra weekend of coverage every other month via a weekend locum.

Patient volume : 1 delivery per day. 15-20 clinic patients per day

Scope : Full Scope OB / GYN Level 1 Nursery

EMR : Meditech

Hospital : 25 bed critical access

Group / support : Currently 2 FTE s total. F / T provider leaving at end of September. Locums being used for second position. Dedicated OB Nurses on Floor. Dedicated MA in clinic.

Requirements (boards, license) : Board Eligible or Certified and prefer experienced
