Job descriptionDegree : Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or medical technology Relevant experience : 2 + years Certification (preferred) : MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) Analytical Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performs testing and troubleshoots assay performance.
- Operates and maintains the laboratory equipment.
- Performs QC and takes appropriate actions if systems deviate from the laboratory's established specification.
- Adheres to Code of Conduct as outlined in the Baylor Genetics Compliance Program
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
