• Salary : $600,000+
• 125K Sign-On, $125K Starting incentive, and $14K moving allowance
• This is the only Urology group supporting the 400,000 person service area
• Group has 3 MDs and 1 APP (working to add another APP)
• Ambulatroy Surgery Center in the same building as office space in Carrollton
• Group started in mid 1970s
• 1 : 4 call
• Will perform surgery in Carrollton, Villa Rica and Bremen
