Job descriptionExperience leading ground up multifamily wood frame projects in excess of $30MM OSHA 30 certified Procore certified or equivalent experience
You will be joining an established General Contractor specializing in Multifamily wrap and podium projects. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up wood frame multifamily projects in excess of $30MM.
Responsibilities
- Manage the job site and each of the trades
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the project
- Ensure the project stays on time to project schedule and budget
- Carry out OSHA compliance checks, inspections, and walk throughs
