New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months — based on miles driven and safe driving. CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Job Perks : State-of-the-art, late-model tractors and trailers equipped with APUs 2021 and newer APU / Inverter equipped truck Transfolo Telematics and App 99% no-touch freight Accessorial pay, Detention pay, and Layover Pay Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up / drop off) Pet and Rider program available Military experience accepted! Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Compensation Highlights : Pay Range : 0.60 CPM – $0.66 CPM Weekly Pay : 1,300 - $1,600 Drive Smart. Miles + Safety = Monthly Bonus 500 Onboarding Bonus Flexible home time options Vacation pay - $1,000 Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week Stable income with bi-annual pay increases based on performance Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Job Requirements : Minimum age of 21 Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license Must pass DOT physical and drug screen Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving) Must have at least 12 months of OTR or regional experience - REFRIGERATED EXP.
