Control Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an NBC Control Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Monitor consumer accounts for compliance with regulatory standards and manage unclaimed property processing Provide customer service by responding to partner inquiries and maintaining communication regarding HSA control operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete control operations tasks and identify process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or a minimum of 1 year experience in a control function Some understanding of IRS regulations related to Health Savings Accounts Experience working across multiple business areas to deliver results Intermediate to advanced computer software literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suites) Goal-oriented with effective time management and task prioritization abilities
