Scrum Master II

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to guide Agile teams in utilizing Agile / Scrum practices and values. Key Responsibilities Support the team using a servant leadership style and ensure accountability to Agile principles and practices Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution while empowering the team to self-organize Assist in tracking team progress, removing impediments, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of one year of experience in Agile or iterative processes for project delivery Preferred software development experience in full life cycle environments Experience leading software development or IT infrastructure teams is preferred Professional Scrum Master certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
