Strong attention to detail. Passion for great service. Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities. Oversee guest services and resolve issues. Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation. Train and manage restaurant personnel. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Harvest, at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, has one of the largest rooftop restaurants in Chicago. We are located in the heart of Lincoln Park. We are open year around and offer health insurance, gym membership, great hours, and free parking. We have high volume during the summer and steady business throughout the rest of the year. No late nights!
Our business is growing and looking for a talented Sous Chef. The ideal candidates will have leadership experience in an elevate casual dining restaurant environment and be passionate about service.
