Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

EAS is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you'll handle a variety of billing and collections tasks that are essential to keeping our projects running and our cash flow on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice jobs and work orders (T&M, Lump Sum, GMP), including proper application of sales tax.
• Create supplier schedules to support customer pay applications.
• Generate, track, and collect vendor and subcontractor lien waivers.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and update billing information in COINS accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve billing or collections discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers on documentation, billing inquiries, and payment status.
• Confirm receipt of billing packages.
• Assist with other AR or billing-related tasks as needed.
