About the Role :
We are seeking an Automated Systems Technician to maintain and troubleshoot highly automated manufacturing lines. This role supports production schedules, executes maintenance work orders, and ensures automated equipment operates efficiently while meeting quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Location : Indianapolis, IN (East Side)
Shifts :
- 1st : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
- 2nd : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM
- 3rd : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM
Salary : $26–$30 / hr DOE (Shift differential of $1.75 for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment to minimize downtimeExecute preventative maintenance orders and protocolsSupport Engineering in testing procedures in compliance with regulatory requirementsIndependently manage assigned shift and maintain production continuityCompose professional documentation, including work instructions and engineering studiesBuild knowledge of automated processes and maintain equipment in a validated stateRequirements :
2+ years’ experience in an automated manufacturing environmentExperience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, Cognex Vision Systems, and Fanuc Robots (or comparable technologies)Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, BSET, or related field preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage time and projects effectivelyProfessional communication and documentation skillsSkills & Competencies :
Train on and master maintenance work orders and procedures linked to automated systemsIdentify and resolve equipment malfunctions independentlyExecute maintenance and testing protocols in compliance with FDA or regulatory standardsCollaborate with Engineering and team members to improve equipment performancePositive attitude, technical aptitude, and understanding of automated manufacturing technologyWhat We Offer :
