Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is a growing and well-established organization based in Palm Beach Gardens. They are known for their collaborative team culture and long-term stability. They are currently looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. Salary / Hourly Rate :

85k – $95k plus Discretionary yearly bonus

Position Overview :

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, excels in Excel, and enjoys building financial models to support business decision-making. They will be reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst :

• The Senior Financial Analyst Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple departments.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct ad hoc financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with department heads to understand and support key drivers of performance.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in improving financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy.
