Paid Construction Management Intern

Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2026 Construction Intern to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin.

You will work closely with our Construction project team while participating directly in the real estate development and construction management process of our rental housing communities. You will get hands-on experience in both Preconstruction and Field Execution areas of Construction. You will report to the Project Manager / Preconstruction Manager.

Position Specifics :

• Full-Time Internship during Summer 2026
• Pay : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities :

Support due diligence

Visit active job sites and join inspection walks
