What Youll Do

As the Business Manager, you'll be at the heart of our U.S. office operations, focusing on the front end of the businessworking closely with sales, technical support, engineering and design, and other office-based teams to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum. Youll :

• Build Bridges : Act as the connector between our U.S. and Canadian teams, fostering seamless communication and a unified culture rooted in innovation, respect, and growth.
• Shape Front-End Operations : Partner with our COOs and leadership to implement and refine systems that support our office-based teams and ensure smooth day-to-day function.
• Connect People and Process : Coordinate culture and communication across departments like sales, tech support, and engineering to ensure projects and priorities stay aligned and moving forward.
• Lead with Purpose : Take a servant-leader approach to support and empower teams, encouraging collaboration and helping others shine.
• Drive Strategic Goals : Set clear, ambitious objectives that support the growth of our U.S. operation while keeping sight of company-wide priorities.
• Champion Resilience : Tackle day-to-day challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset, maintaining progress even when faced with ambiguity or roadblocks.
• Cultivate Culture : Embed our values into every aspect of the U.S. office environment so it reflects the same dynamic, collaborative spirit as our Canadian headquarters.
