Description

Stuller's Finance and Administration team analyzes and safeguards our company's assets. The Security Team is responsible for identifying and reporting incidents while ensuring the safety of company assets, associates, visitors, and property. They conduct facility tours to detect irregularities, inspect fire control equipment, maintain order, and enforce regulations. The armed Security Officer plays a key role in patrolling assigned areas, monitoring security risks, and ensuring compliance with facility regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Operate metal detection equipment to screen individuals, preventing pilferage and restricted items from entering secure areas.
• Conduct internal investigations of incidents on company property.
• Track and inspect company products or property leaving company facilities.
• Write incident reports on property damage, theft, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Conduct audits to verify accuracy of records and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Compile audit findings and recommend improvements to systems and procedures.
• Administer first aid for minor injuries and refer serious cases for advanced medical treatment.
• Perform security and safety audits at satellite facilities, documenting findings and corrective action recommendations.
• Respond to associates' requests for service or assistance in both work and non-work-related situations.

Minimum Qualifications :

Background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
