We are looking for a talented Linux Engineer excited to use your Linux and automation experience in supporting the organization. You will work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment while still respecting your work / life balance.
A Linux Engineer with MidwayUSA will support systems, domain servers, system security and assist with process and system improvement.
In This Role, You Will
- Install, configure, upgrade, maintain and support Enterprise Linux operating systems and Microsoft Windows Servers
- Utilize experience to implement automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Git, or other infrastructure as code
- Use experience and knowledge to design, install, implement, and administer VMware ESXi servers, Virtual Center, VMotion, HA and DRS
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
- Plan, schedule, and perform regular software patch deployments to servers, applications, and infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory / Entra AD, including Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
