Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's digital assets, ensuring compliance with security standards, and proactively identifying and mitigating threats. You will work closely with IT leadership to develop, implement, and maintain robust security protocols and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage security tools and technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), antivirus, email security management, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate incident response activities.
- Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls.
- Maintain security documentation including policies, procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX).
- Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a culture of security throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure design and deployment of infrastructure and applications.
- Stay current with evolving threats, trends, and technologies in cyber security.
