- 2 year's experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Proven track record of implementing successful educational improvement strategies and achieving measurable results
- Organizational Skills, ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer database / word processing skills, knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite, and e-mail are required
- Ability to design and present professional learning experiences to large and small groups both online and in-person
- Knowledge of Online, Professional, and Illinois Learning Standards
