Job Summary :
The incumbent supervises and mentors students from first-generation, low-income, and disability backgrounds, ensuring their safety, engagement, and development during a three-week (June 15 – July 2, 2025) residential summer camp on and off campus. They foster a supportive environment while guiding students in leadership, academics, and postsecondary preparation.

- Experience working with Middle and high school students in an educational or camp setting
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with camp staff and support campers
- Ability to supervise students, enforce rules, and maintain a positive camp environment
- Basic conflict resolution skills to address minor behavioral concerns
- Willingness to follow directions from camp leadership and assist with various duties
- Willingness to stay overnight in dorms and serve as a responsible mentor and supervisor for students
- Flexibility, adaptability, and patience in managing daily camp activities and unexpected challenges

Qualifications :
Candidate must be at least a rising Sophomore with a GPA of 3.0. Two (2) years’ experience working with at-risk / disadvantaged students.
