Knowledge of public education and charter school movement, preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution. California teaching credential or ability and willingness to obtain a California teaching permit / credential if not already credentialed. 1+ years of experience working at school sites or experience working with children / youth, preferred. Strong classroom management skills and ability to build rapport with students. Demonstrated mastery of subject matter. Ability to follow established routines and procedures. Previous experience in charter schools, preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $94,500. Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and expertise. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
