Job Description :

Must Have Technical / FunctionalSkills :

Solid understanding of the PLMconcepts, practices, and procedures. CAD, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials,Workflow Process,

Release to Manufacturing, Revise,Change Management, Product Structure, Process Management, WC ESI

SAP / Oracle Apps Integration),Windchill Product Analytics, etc.

Capture user requirements anddocument them (User Requirement Specification Functional Specifications, SystemCapture Worksheet, Solution Design, etc.)

Work in a team and followinstructions from Project Managers or Leaders

Good attitude to learn and workwith commitment towards providing quality work

Report on the task status to theProject Manager in order to meet the project schedule

Detailed understanding of productdevelopment business processes and workflow, PLM processes

Experience dealing with complexityand managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Excellent documentation skills

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

Experience leading large and smallgroups in collaborative, information gathering sessions

The ability to articulatetechnical ideas and solutions in business terms

Experience with transforming userrequests and ideas into technical and functional specifications

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the Retail / CPG business.

Collaborate with business and ITleaders to develop road maps product development systems.

Collecting business requirementsand tracking the same and enabling mapping to PLM solutions

Maintain detailed listing of opensystem requests, system issues and questions. Work with Department heads to setpriorities and

manage expectations. Maintaindelivery schedules for all open items.

Interface with product and systemvendors to resolve open issues and bugs. Thoroughly test all fixes andconfigurations, document

changes and managing deploymentprocesses into production.

Manage business reporting lifecycle from request to release.

Evaluate CPG / Retail productdevelopment processes by designing and conducting research programs, applyingknowledge of product

design and conferring withsoftware vendors.

Develop Retail / CPG developmentprocesses by studying user requirements, researching, designing, modif ying, andtesting Retail CPG

and product development methods,software and software.

Assure process quality bydesigning testing methods, testing pre-production solutions and establishingstandards.

Contribute to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed.
