Sales Enablement Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for an organized and resourceful Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing the tools, resources, and training needed to drive sales performance. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure that sales representatives have everything they need to be successful in engaging prospects, closing deals, and meeting their targets.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and implement sales enablement strategies to equip the sales team with the tools, content, and training they need
Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process
Work closely with the sales team to identify gaps in resources or training and address them promptly
Organize and manage sales training programs and onboarding sessions for new team members
Support the integration of new sales tools and technologies to improve efficiency and performance
Track sales performance and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve results
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, content, and market positioning

What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and project management skills
