Mitigation / Restoration Technician

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Restoration Specialist to join our team. This role involves demolition and restoration work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of construction experience, with demolition expertise required, and restoration experience considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities : Demolition Work :

Safely and efficiently perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, ceilings, and other materials. Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and ensuring structural integrity.

Restoration Tasks :

Assist in rebuilding and restoring damaged areas, including framing, drywall, painting, and finishing. Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper tool handling. Identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with other team members, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.

Customer Interaction :

Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.

Qualifications : Experience :

3+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in demolition required. Restoration experience, including structural repairs, is a plus.

Skills :

Proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction and demolition. Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements :

Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and enclosed spaces.

Certifications :

OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
