Overview
Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub Liberty Lake is currently hiring full-time General Manager.
Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub has two locally owned locations. One is on the north side of Spokane and the other is in Liberty Lake.
Our mission is to be one of Spokane and Liberty Lake's favorite restaurants. We believe food is more than food. We believe great food should be shared with family and friends.

Wage
Pay range for position : $67,725.00 to $80,000.00 per yearResponsibilities / Duties
Follow all policies and proceduresOn time and attend all meetingsOversee the daily operations relating to ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation of all food products, guest relations, flow of business and service standardsResponsible for financial operations of restaurantForecast sales and labor budgetsMeet financial goals, such as but not limited to revenue, labor cost and COGSCommunicate with Director of Operations on all financial, staff, property and guest related issuesOversee the training / cross training of the hourly staffCoach, guide, develop and support the staff to provide an exceptional guest experienceApprove all schedules, overtime and any exceptionsEnsure that all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and qualityLead progressive discipline of staff members and managersCommunicate with corporate office on staff related issuesInterview and select new staffConduct annual performance reviews for all staffLead staff meetingsMonitor, measure, respond and correct any guest incidents with warmth and hospitalityManage staff environment and provide timely response to staff needsBe knowledgeable with troubleshooting restaurant equipment issues to avoid the use of external technicians when necessaryFollow uniform and hygiene standardsEnsure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followedEnsure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issuePlease note, job duties are subject to change at the companys discretion.Skills / Experience
Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC).Washington State MAST / Class 12Certified Food Protection Manager certification preferredThree (3) years minimum restaurant management experienceWilling to work a flexible schedule and weekendsStrong work ethic, reliable, aware of the detailsPersonable and enjoy leading a diverse teamPassion for food and hospitality is preferredProven leadership and motivational skillsDisplay a professional appearance and is a positive role model within the restaurantStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent guest relations skillsHigh guest satisfaction expectations and focusBasic computer knowledge (Microsoft) and office skills requiredRestaurant 365 knowledge a plusAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 50+ poundsBenefits :
