Technical Purchasing Expeditor

STS Technical Services is hiring Technical Purchasing Expeditors in Orlando, Florida.

This contract role supports a fast moving Technical Operations Purchasing team and helps ensure the timely delivery of critical aircraft parts.

Training will be provided for the company's TRAX software system.

Location : Orlando, FL Start Date : ASAP, early December preferred Assignment Length : 6 months Schedule : Monday through Friday, standard business hours Reports To : Manager, Technical Purchasing Position Overview Seeking two detail oriented Technical Purchasing Expeditors to support a Technical Operations Purchasing team.

These individuals will help ensure timely delivery of aircraft parts by expediting overdue purchase orders, updating internal systems, and communicating directly with suppliers.

Training will be provided for the company's TRAX software system.

Key Responsibilities Follow up on overdue purchase orders via phone and email.

Update internal systems with supplier responses and delivery information.

Monitor overdue order reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Escalate non responsive suppliers or concerns to management.

Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications Administrative or general office experience.

Professional communication skills phone and email.

Ability to learn new software quickly.

Comfortable reading and understanding data reports.

Strong attention to detail and follow through.
