Insight Family Center, LLC has been serving the community since 2012. Insight Family Center, LLC provides Outpatient Therapy and Medication Management.

Due to significant growth, we are looking for Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

We are looking for clinicians experienced in one or all the following : trauma, multi-cultural issues, and grief and loss. Must be a LCMHC, LCAS, PhD or Psy.D in Psychology and have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing individual, couples, group, and / or family therapy. Multi-lingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Assess client's mental health needs through interviews and assessments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and research
• Offer guidance and support through evidence-based practices
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
