Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics to select optimal benefit plans Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating health-related websites Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience Experience with Windows PCs and navigating complex computer systems Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
