Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Stepdown Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel UNIT : PCU AUTO OFFER CANDIDATES MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PRE / POST CATH LAB / EP PROCEDURES, PACU RECOVERY, CARDIAC SURGERY ADMISSIONS Minimum Experience : 2 year of experience in specialty NO NEW TRAVELERS - 1 completed travel assignment required Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : IN Single State RN License, AHA BLS & ACLS, NIHSS Charting Experience Required : EPIC. CUPID experience is highly preferred. EOW / EOH Required Skillset : Start IV’s, radial artery sheath removal, TR bands, arterial line management, manage / titrate cardiac drips, telemetry interpretation, 12-lead EKG, cardioversions Float Requirements : float to other cardiac, stepdown, or tele units and may float between Midtown, Gateway, and Heart Hospital, but cross campus mid-shifting floating is rare. Frequency of floating : nights, at least once a week. Days, less than that.
