Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $3,076 per week in Albuquerque, NM

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist NICU Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty : RRT Pediatrics Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum of 2 years in NICU / PICU required. License : NM License (pending accepted). Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP, RRT required. Must-Have : - Trauma Level I experience required. - NICU and Pediatric Critical Care experience. - Proficient in endotracheal tube / suctioning, extubation, and pulmonary toileting. - Skills in ABG interpretation. Description : This position is for a Respiratory Therapist specializing in the NICU. The average daily census in this role is 6-10 vents. Floating to adult units as needed is required. Weekends may be scheduled as needed by the unit. Travelers will be expected to work no more than 3 weekends in a row. Experience with high frequency oscillatory ventilation and high frequency jet ventilation is preferred. Both NICU and PICU experience are mandatory. All candidates must have valid certifications upon submission. COVID vaccination is required; exemptions accepted with appropriate documentation. Travelers are advised to communicate any time off requests in advance. Compliance with facility requirements is necessary before starting the position.
