A progressive healthcare organization is seeking a BC / BE Primary Care Physician to join their team northeast of Lafayette, Indiana.

Highlights :

• The schedule is M-F, 8am - 5pm.
• This Physician will provide comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnoses of acute and chronic illnesses, write prescriptions and formulate treatment plans with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management
