Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Must be able to read write and understand verbal instructions.

Complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year.

Knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective food service program.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to resolve interpersonal situations professionally and calmly.
