Job descriptionSupervise warehouse staff and delegate daily tasks Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment Assist with logistics coordination and vendor deliveries 2–5 years of experience in fabrication (metal, wood, or composite) Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping / receiving, or inventory control experience preferred but not required Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and work to tight tolerances Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (valid certification preferred) Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

We are helping our clients find a skilled and motivated Fabricator Lead to join our team in Gastonia, NC . Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish . This dual-role position requires hands-on fabrication expertise and leadership skills with the ability to oversee daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities : Fabrication Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work orders
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools, welding equipment, or machines
- Perform layout, fitting, and final finishing work
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Operate CNC machines, shears, grinders, and other shop equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe fabrication area
