UW Medical Center-Northwest - Joint and Hand Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse .
WORK SCHEDULE
Full time / 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday from 8 : 45am-5 : 15pm
Our clinic is closed on nights, weekends, and holidays
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Help patients return to the activities they love
Great opportunity for RNs who enjoy triage, InBasket support, and back-office nursing activities
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of surgeons, physician assistants, and administrative staff
Coordinate and implement care for patients with routine and complex surgical conditions
Provide pre-operative patient education
Conduct post-operative discharge calls
Perform phone triage and respond to MyChart messages
Obtain medical records and test results for providers
Manage prior authorizations and outgoing referrals
Perform blood draws
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of recent ambulatory or perioperative nursing work experience
Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
Active BLS

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
Pay Range Minimum : $45.59 hourly
Pay Range Maximum : $83.64 hourly
Other Compensation :
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for eligible new employees) BSN (or higher) premium - $1.00 / hour Certification premium - $1.25 / hour Overtime pay
