Director of Artificial Intelligence

A company is looking for a Director of Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks

Collaborate with product development teams to embed AI into the product development lifecycle and oversee pilot projects

Establish AI governance policies and frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI use while monitoring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Master's in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

10+ years of experience in AI / ML leadership roles, ideally within regulated industries

Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in manufacturing or product development environments

Deep understanding of AI / ML technologies and familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI

Strong leadership and change management skills
