A company is looking for a CRE Construction Loan Admin.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate Commercial Real Estate (CRE) construction loan documents
Analyze and administer construction draw disbursements from loan approval to project completion
Act as a primary liaison with customers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives throughout the financing process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration, or five years of transferable experience in commercial loan administration
Basic knowledge of commercial real estate lending and related transactions
Ability to meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public
Bachelor's degree preferred
