Job Description :
Support HR transformation through structured change management, ensuring alignment across key HR functions and promoting successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute change management efforts within HR domains
- Develop and implement change strategies, communications, and training
- Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance
- Support HR tech deployments including Oracle HCM
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Learning teams
- Track effectiveness of change initiatives and employee engagement
- Coordinate HR campaigns and functional events
