• Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall and framing scopes.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure full understanding of project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and trade partners regarding project scope and budget.
• Identify cost efficiencies, value-engineering options, and potential risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Support post-bid reviews, budget updates, and project handoff documentation.
