Position Overview

A high-acuity rural clinic in Ephrata, Washington is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a busy and collaborative practice. When fully staffed, the team includes two physicians and two APPs, serving a diverse patient population with a strong mix of family medicine and internal medicine. This position offers both procedural variety and continuity of care in a close-knit community.

Position Highlights

Full-time position with flexible schedule : four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week

Very light phone call coverage

General procedures include sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women’s health

Average 20–25 patients per shift

Higher acuity patient population with strong internal medicine focus

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician

Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State
