Job Description

To wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans) and china glass silver and all miscellaneous items from kitchen production areas and dining rooms in accordance with Omni standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleans pots pans cookware utensils china glass silverware and any other miscellaneous items
• Conduct a quarterly silver and china inventory
• Keeps cookware washing area clean and neat
• Stores cleaned items in the proper location
• Keeps kitchen floor area clean and free of debris
• Clean any heart of house areas as instructed
• Completes other duties as assigned
