The role also involves leading the Nurse Advisory Committee and providing strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on nursing and regulatory trends. Applicants for the Vice President of Nursing position at the company must be licensed nursing professionals with an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) and an active, unrestricted professional RN license. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership in nursing is required, along with a strong national presence and relationships within key nursing and healthcare organizations.
