What to expect
The Senior Payroll Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in end-to-end payroll operations, timekeeping administration, payroll tax compliance, and deduction processing.
Additional responsibilities include :
- This role partners closely with Payroll Leadership to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution across multiple entities and employee groups.
- The Senior Payroll Analyst leads complex reconciliations, resolves escalated payroll inquiries, supports quarterly and year-end reporting, and provides guidance to Payroll Specialists and timekeepers.
- This position is as a key contributor in process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and special projects.

What we need from you
High School Diploma required, Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting, Business, or related field preferred.Minimum 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a high-volume environment.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and wage & hour laws.Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos or similar HRIS platforms preferred.Analytical ability to reconcile payroll accounts, interpret regulations, and resolve discrepancies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse employee groups.Detail-oriented with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.WHY SHEPPARD PRATT?
