Job description

Future Tech Enterprise Inc. is looking to hire a Level 1 Technician to provide deskside IT support to our customer.

This is a full-time on-site position in Oyster Bay NY - Long Island. Work hours are from 8 : 30a -4 : 00p M-F.

What Youll Do :

  • Address support tickets in the ticketing system
  • Provide technical support to school staff and students
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
  • Troubleshoot optimize and reimage Chromebooks
  • Install and troubleshoot printers scanners and projectors
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and IT staff to maintain documentation
  • Prioritize daily activities based on ticket urgency and administrative requests
  • Assist with additional IT-related tasks and projects as needed

What You Bring :

  • 13 years of technical support experience (deskside preferred)
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Chrome OS
  • Experience using a ticketing system to manage support issues
  • Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
  • CompTIA A certification preferred
  • Experience working in an education environment is a plus
