Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Senior Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting to join our Finance team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for leading technical accounting research, implementing new accounting standards, and ensuring accurate and timely external financial reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams including general accounting, group reporting, FP&A, legal, and external auditors to drive financial integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, bi-annual, and annual financial statements.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues; prepare technical accounting memos and position papers.
• Monitor and implement new accounting standards, ensuring timely adoption and training of internal stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring documentation and controls are in place and audit-ready.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with general accounting, FP&A, and various business units on non-routine transactions.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals and provide subject matter expertise across the organization.
