Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for Physicians across any specialty located in the Rio Grande Valley (including McAllen, Edinburg, Harlingen, and Brownsville). Physicians will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, performing routine and specialized examinations, diagnosing and managing conditions within their specialty, recommending treatments and therapies, and maintaining accurate and thorough patient records. These roles require providing compassionate, patient-centered care while upholding the highest standards of medical ethics and professional conduct. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care is a key component of each position.

Qualifications

• Professional Licensure : Valid medical license to practice in Texas; board certification or board eligibility in the physician’s respective specialty
• Clinical Expertise : Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; current knowledge of clinical standards, treatment guidelines, and specialty-specific best practices
• Patient Care : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaboration and Leadership : Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership when appropriate
• Administrative and Organizational Skills : Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records, managing caseloads efficiently, and utilizing electronic medical systems
• Commitment to Ethics : Strong adherence to medical ethics, confidentiality, and respect for patient rights
• Additional Preferences : Bilingual communication skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are an advantage but not required
• Educational Requirements : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
